On the mountain there is a Golden Bear lying in a golden den, above there is a silver star in the form of a national ornament - a square rhombus with three beams.
Flag of Syktyvkar was approved on September 25, 2009.
This is a ectangular panel divided into two equal strips: top blue and bottom green. In the center there is a Golden Bear lying in a den, fir-tree and star.
